Returns & Exchanges

For non-branded products, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, in brand new condition, in their original packaging with tags intact. Please include your name, order number, and email address with the returned items.

Regrettably, shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure the safe delivery of your return, we recommend using a reputable courier service, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility.

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically processed within 7 days), you will receive an email confirming the approval of your exchange or refund. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to our commitment to swift order processing. We aim to pack and dispatch orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, making it impractical to cancel orders after purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your order upon receipt, you have the option to return it for a refund or exchange.
